Online payments

Send payment links and let clients pay through Stripe Checkout.

Connect Stripe, generate invoice payment links, support partial payments and keep payment status tied to the invoice.

01

FacturApp does not hold your money

Payments are powered by Stripe Connect. Customers pay through Stripe Checkout and funds route to your connected Stripe account—not to a FacturApp wallet.

  • Payment links per invoice
  • Stripe-hosted checkout
  • Funds routed by Stripe
  • Clear payment status

02

Good for deposits and milestones

Split invoices into multiple payments so customers can pay a deposit, milestone or remaining balance without losing track of what is still due.

  • To pay now
  • Paid amount
  • Pending amount
  • Next payment link

03

Turn a static PDF into an actionable invoice

A PDF alone asks the client to figure out how to pay. A payment link attached to the invoice shortens the path from “received” to “paid” on the device they already use.

  • One link per invoice
  • Less back-and-forth
  • Faster collection
  • Status stays on the invoice

04

Partial payments without spreadsheet chaos

Contractors and freelancers often need a deposit now and a balance later. FacturApp keeps paid and pending amounts visible so you do not rebuild the math in a separate sheet.

  • Deposit-friendly
  • Milestone billing
  • Transparent remaining balance
  • Follow-up with the next link

05

What clients may see at checkout

Available methods depend on Stripe, your account settings, currency, amount and the customer’s eligibility. Common options can include cards and digital wallets; financing methods appear only when Stripe enables them.

  • Cards via Stripe
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay when available
  • Buy now, pay later when eligible
  • No FacturApp card storage

Frequently asked questions

Does FacturApp hold or custody my customer payments?

No. Payments go through Stripe Connect to your connected Stripe account. FacturApp does not hold customer funds.

Can I collect a deposit or partial payment?

Yes. You can structure invoices for partial payments so clients pay a portion now and the rest later while totals stay clear.

Will every client see Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal Pay Later?

Not always. Financing and wallet options depend on Stripe availability, region, amount and eligibility. FacturApp does not guarantee a specific method on every checkout.

What happens after a client pays?

Payment status stays tied to the invoice so you can see progress without manually reconciling every transfer in a separate tool.
